These terms are between you and NFM Labs, which runs Revicast. By creating an account you agree to them.

What Revicast does

Revicast drafts replies to your Google reviews, turns 5-star reviews into short videos, and posts them to the accounts you connect, on the schedule and approval settings you choose.

Your accounts and your content

• Revicast is for businesses. You must be 18 or older and allowed to act for the business you sign up.
• You confirm you're allowed to manage the Google Business Profile, Facebook and Instagram accounts you connect, and that Revicast may post to them for you.
• You choose what posts on its own (Autopilot) and what waits for your approval. Replies and videos are drafted by AI and can be wrong; you're responsible for what's posted under your name, so use approval if you need to check everything first.
• If your profession has advertising rules (for example attorney, medical or financial rules on testimonials), you're responsible for following them, including any required disclaimer. Revicast keeps case details, health details and outcomes out of videos, but that isn't legal review.
• Videos quote your customers' public reviews word for word. Don't use Revicast to post anything you don't have the right to share.

Billing

• Plans are billed monthly per business, in advance, through Stripe. Prices are on our home page.
• You can change plans or cancel any time from the Billing page. A plan change is prorated for the rest of the month. Cancelling stops renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• We don't refund partial months, except where the law requires it.
• If a payment fails, we'll keep running while Stripe retries, then pause the account.

Fair use

Don't misuse Revicast: no spam, no posting other people's content as your own, no attempts to break or overload the service. We can suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Revicast running, but it depends on Google, Meta and other services that can change or go down. Revicast is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, NFM Labs isn't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will email you about meaningful changes before they apply. You can close your account any time. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida.
