Revicast (a product of NFM Labs) helps businesses reply to their Google reviews and turn 5-star reviews into short videos. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, business name, email address and an encrypted (hashed) password.
- Your business: the details, logo, colors and settings you give us.
- Connected accounts: when you connect Google Business Profile, Facebook or Instagram, our posting partner Zernio holds the access, and we read your Google reviews and post replies and videos on your behalf. We never see your passwords for those services.
- Reviews and what we make from them: your Google reviews, the replies we draft, and the videos we make.
- Free previews: the business name and email you enter. The reviews shown are read from Google when you open the page; we keep only the drafts we wrote and the video, and delete the preview after 30 days.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We don't see or store your card number.
- Cookies: one cookie that keeps you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address like any website you visit.
How we use it
Only to run Revicast for you: drafting and posting replies, making and posting videos on the days you choose, emailing you when something needs your OK, and billing. We don't sell your data or use your reviews to advertise anyone else.
Who helps us
These services process data for us to provide Revicast: Zernio (connecting and posting to Google, Facebook and Instagram), Anthropic (drafting replies and picking quotes), ElevenLabs (voiceovers), Google (business lookups for previews), Stripe (payments), Resend (email) and Railway (hosting).
Keeping and deleting
We keep your data while your account is open. Removing a business deletes its reviews, replies and videos from Revicast; anything already posted to Google, Facebook or Instagram stays there until you remove it. We keep daily backups for 14 days, so deleted data is gone from them within 14 days. To close your account and delete your data, email ryan@nfmlabs.ai.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email you before it takes effect.
